A chair belongs to one stylist. Their schedule, their guests, their chair, every day.

Best for full-time stylists who work from the same station. Thomas books their guests into their chair and keeps it in their name.

Shift

Two stylists split one chair by hours. One works the morning, the other takes the afternoon and evening.

Best when chairs are limited and you want them working all day. Thomas books each stylist only inside their own hours, so shifts never overlap.

Shared

A station is open to more than one stylist, and it is booked appointment by appointment instead of by set hours.

Best for flexible teams and part-time stylists. Thomas checks that the chair is free before it confirms a booking, so two guests never land in the same chair.
